Welcome to Juniper Graphic Design. By engaging our graphic design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.1 Juniper Graphic Design offers a variety of services.
1.2 Services outside the scope of our expertise, such as package design, will not be provided.
2.1 A written quotation will be provided for all projects, outlining the scope of work, timeline, and fees.
2.2 Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
2.3 Any changes to the scope of work may incur additional fees, subject to prior approval by the Client.
3.1 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.
3.2 Final payment is due upon project completion and before the delivery of final files.
3.3 Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month and may delay project delivery.
4.1 The Client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions per project phase.
4.2 Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon rounds will be charged at hourly rate or fixed rate.
5.1 Upon full payment, the Client will own the final designs.
5.2 Juniper Graphic Design retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
5.3 Preliminary concepts and unused designs remain the property of Juniper Graphic Design.
6.1 The Company will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
6.2 The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and materials. Delays caused by the Client may result in a revised timeline.
7.1 If the Client cancels the project after work has commenced, the deposit will not be refunded, and additional fees may apply for work completed.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these terms or becomes unresponsive.
8.1 Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project private.
9.1 Juniper Graphic Design is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of its designs after delivery.
9.2 It is the Client’s responsibility to review all deliverables for errors before publication or printing.
10.1 These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Gauteng].
11.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The updated version will be shared with ongoing and future Clients.
